EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How to proceed if I want to exchange or return a product?

Check Rules:

The deadline for exchange or return is 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
It is necessary that the products are shipped in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with the original packaging, protective materials and DANFE
Luiza Dias 111 will bear the cost of reverse shipping via mail for the first exchange, if there is another exchange in the same order, shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
The exchange can only be done for pieces of the same brand. 111 Studio branded pieces, indicated by the tag with the same name on the products, may be exchanged for other pieces of the same brand.
After we receive the product, the customer will earn a voucher for the amount paid for it to redeem on our website.
If you did not want to exchange for another product, the refund equivalent to the amount paid will be made according to the form of payment, for purchases on the card, the amount will be credited on the next invoice and in case of payment slip, a deposit will be made in the account indicated by the customer.

Did you receive a defective product?
The deadline for replacement of defective products is 90 calendar days, in this case, contact us through our email contato@luizadias111.com.br and we will send a label for reverse shipping, the product must be returned in the original packaging together with Danfe and no signs of use. When we receive the part, it will undergo an evaluation and within 3 working days, after this period we will contact you for reimbursement of the value, if misuse of the part is found, the product will be returned to the customer without notice.

Exchange of products on sale
Products purchased in the SALE or BLACK WEEK category can only be exchanged for other products in the same category.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Luiza Dias 111 delivers orders nationwide. All deliveries will take place Monday through Friday during business hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm). Third parties, such as doormen of condominiums and family members, may receive the goods by the Client upon signing a proof of receipt of the goods.

The shipping amount and term varies according to the delivery address, volume, order weight and selected shipping type.
The delivery period will be informed when placing the order, after the Client informs the destination zip code and selects the type of freight desired.
The term begins to run from the authorization of the purchase by the credit card company or confirmation of payment by the financial institution, in case of bank slip or debit account.
The following types of shipping can be selected on the Site, but they depend on being available to the delivery address indicated by the Client:

CAP
Motorcycle courier

Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made, with an interval of up to 48 working hours between them. If none of the attempts are successful, the order will return to the company Luiza Dias 111. In this situation, the order will be canceled, the value of the merchandise(s) purchased minus the value will be paid less the value of the paper freight (o) Customer will be refunded via bank deposit less the shipping cost, subject to the rules of these Terms & Conditions, minus the shipping cost.

To check the progress of delivery of the order, the Customer will receive the tracking code by mail from Correios and must enter the website of this company: http://www2.correios.com.br/sistemas/rastreamento/.

In cases of purchase of more than one product, these will always be delivered together.Upon receiving the goods, the customer must check if the product was damaged during transport, if it matches the product(s) purchased on the Site, and/or if it contains any technical or manufacturing defect.

After verifying any anomaly in the product, the Customer must contact Luiza Dias 111 via email contato@luizadias111.com.br, subject to the conditions of the Exchanges and Returns Policy.

PAYMENT POLICIES

The prices of the products indicated on the Site do not include the fees corresponding to the shipment of the products (freight), which will be informed at the time of placing the order.All products purchased through the Website must be paid for through the payment platform provided on the Website, which includes payment methods and security and anti-fraud tools.

Payment can be made in cash, through a bank slip that is generated at the time of purchase and can be paid until maturity at any bank. If the boleto is not paid by the due date, the corresponding order will be canceled and a new order must be placed if there is interest in the purchase. The purchase order paid by bank slip will be confirmed only after receiving the deposit in the account, which takes an average of 3 working days from the payment date.

Luiza Dias 111 does not have access, under any circumstances, to the information provided by its users outside its Site. Payment can also be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), which, at the Client's discretion, may be made in instalments or not. We advise that we are not responsible for the information provided or for transactions made on third party websites.
Your purchase can be paid in up to 4 instalments without interest as long as the amount of the instalment is at least R$ 80.00. In the case of payments made by credit card, the processing of payment information and confirmation of payment will be carried out by the system of the respective credit card company, in which case our Website is a mere interface between the customer and this system .

Even in case of payment in several instalments of small value, remember that the total value of the purchase cannot exceed the limit of your card. This is the approval rule adopted by credit card companies. For your security, credit information may undergo an internal review subject to confirmation via telephone contact or email.

The processing of the purchase order may be canceled if the credit card used is not approved by the card company and/or by the merchant platform's billing system, in which case Luiza Dias 111 will not be held liable.
